Materials: #1 select structural southern yellow pine. Grill bars are spaced 3 1/8" apart for safety and are made of 18 gauge, 7/8” steel, coated with Thundercoat™, which is 30% more effective than hot dipped galvanized steel in preventing rust and corrosion.

Construction: Tongue & grooved pine is inlaid horizontally into the 2”x6” frame and then backed by a 5-ply exterior BC grade panel. Optional cross bucks are available.

Dimensions: Standard door is 48” wide x 84” high x 2 1/8” thick. Space between grill bars is 3 1/8” – Custom door sizes available.
