Smooth arch top horse stall door
 
 Smooth arch top doors are a little more "classy" look but, just as functional as all our other stall doors. These doors are shipped completely assembled with grillwork in place and ready to hang. Vertical door edges are wrapped with galvanized steel channel for added protection and beauty. Galvanized steel bite guard on inside edge to prevent chewing is included on all doors. (Pictured in oak wood, stained) Hardware sold separately.

Materials: #1 select structural southern yellow pine. Grill bars are spaced 3 1/8" apart for safety and are made of 18 gauge, 7/8” steel, coated with Thundercoat™, which is 30% more effective than hot dipped galvanized steel in preventing rust and corrosion.

Construction: Tongue & grooved pine is inlaid vertically into the 2”x6” frame and then backed by a 5-ply exterior BC grade panel. Arched top is southern yellow pine. Optional cross buck is available.

Dimensions: Standard door is 48” wide x 84” high x 2 1/8” thick. Space between grill bars is 3 1/8". Custom door sizes available.
