Grill and plexi-glass top Dutch door
 
 These doors are shipped completely assembled, in two pieces ready to be framed and hung. Top of bottom door edge is wrapped with galvanized steel closure for added weather and horse protection. Plexi-Glass in top is removable. Cross-buck on bottom is standard. Hardware sold separately.

Materials: #1 select structural southern yellow pine. Grill bars are spaced 3 1/8" apart for safety and are made of 18 gauge, 7/8” steel, coated with Thundercoat™, which is 30% more effective than hot dipped galvanized steel in preventing rust and corrosion. Plexi-glass is 1/4" thick.

Construction: All stiles, rails and cross bucks are 2”x6” backed by a 5-ply exterior BC grade panel.

Dimensions: Door measures 48" x 84" x 2 1/8" thick. Bottom measures 48" x 48" Grill/Plexi-Glass Top measures 48" x 36". Space between grill bars is 3 1/8”. Custom door sizes are available.
